Responsibilities
Understanding of all the modules of FlexiEle HRMS, its work flows and functionalities
Work with FlexiEle's technical team in HRMS implementation process for any new client
Understanding Clients HRM requirement and bridge it with technical team
Support existing FlexiEle HRMS client with their day-to-day queries or specific requirements
Visiting clients (in Delhi NCR) for meeting on a quarterly basis
Work as bridge between clients and company's technical team
Key Skills
Understanding of HR Management and complete employee life cycle
Positive communication skill (spoken English) to interact with clients
Positive, problem-solving and adaptable attitude with patience
Qualifications
BBA/MBA with HR specialization would be preferred
BE/B Tech with CS background can also apply if they want to explore functional role
Any other graduate with experience in HR domain
Experience
MBA HR freshers
6 months to 1 year for other graduates with CS or HR background

Timing- Mon to Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm. 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday and all Sunday off
