We are coming up with Recent South Indian cafe soon. Following are the areas where HR should focus on and preferably from hotel industry.
Hiring skilled manager,chefs,kitchen staff and service associates.
Creating SOP based training so that they delivers consistent quality.
Building a warm,customer-first culture
Maintaing discipline,hygience,grooming and food safety standards
Planning manpower as current outlets are opened.
