Key Responsibilities
Support the HR team in recruitment and candidate sourcing
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups
Assist in maintaining employee and candidate records
Support joining, onboarding and documentation processes
Assist with attendance and HR-related coordination
Help in conducting employee engagement and HR activities
Coordinate with training teams and other departments
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Eligibility
Graduate/Postgraduate pursuing or completed in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field
Freshers are welcome to apply




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work from the Kharghar, Navi Mumbai location
