We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist the HR team with recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
Prepare and organize HR-related documents.
Assist with joining and onboarding formalities.
Support attendance and payroll-related activities.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries.
Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
