Lead HR activities related to company operation, including policy design, workflow structuring, and compliance adherence.
Complete knowledge about payroll, Leave & Holiday rules ,ESI,PF,Gratuity,Bonus
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Resolve employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and foster healthy communication channels.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, legal handling,accident/death cases, and corporate HR policies.
Keep all statutory records updated and manage audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, etc.)
7.Candidate from security industry preferred. Must have minimum 5 years of experience in a security company.
