About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, documentation, and data management. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and documentation activities.
Assist in preparing employee letters, reports, and HR records.
Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
