Position: HR Manager – Hospitality Industry (Hotel / Resort)

Location: As Per Requirement

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Experience: Minimum 7 Years in Human Resources, preferably in Hotels, Resorts, or Hospitality Industry

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
Handle manpower planning and hiring for hotel/resort operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work setting.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
Conduct training and development programs for staff.




Coordinate with department heads to support workforce requirements and organizational goals.
Monitor employee performance and support disciplinary processes when required.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in Hotels, Resorts, or Hospitality Industry.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, payroll, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple departments and a large workforce.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
