Role Overview

RK Group is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support workforce requirements across business functions. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Handle bulk and frontline hiring for operational requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, documentation, and offer rollouts.
Ensure timely joining and maintain candidate pipelines for critical positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Track recruitment TAT, offer-to-join ratio,



and hiring performance.
Work closely with HR and Operations teams to fulfil manpower requirements.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3–6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Experience in Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, Retail, E-Commerce, FMCG, Railway Catering, or large-scale operations will be preferred.
