Inside Sales Specialist

Location: 100% Remote India

Shift: 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Employment: Full time

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to support our business growth by identifying the right prospects, generating qualified leads, and creating recent revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target the right companies and decision-makers.
Conduct market research and prospecting to identify high-potential leads.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other sales channels.
Connect and engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, and potential opportunities.
Schedule meetings and introductions for the sales/business development team.
Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in CRM systems.




Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Strong experience identifying ICPs, target accounts, and decision-makers.
Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is preferred.
Excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
Robust understanding of sales pipelines, lead qualification, and revenue generation.
Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Must be comfortable working the 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST shift.
