Role Summary:

Handle Inbound International Calls (UK Market) from customers looking for holiday packages. Understand their requirements, offer the best travel deals, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:​
You will be responsible for carefully listening to our customers- new and loyal repeat clients, building a relationship with them, and then maximising service & sales opportunities. We pride ourselves on really understanding our holidays and our customers and matching their requirements to the perfect trip, something our customers will always remember.
This will primarily be over the phone, but also very occasionally via digital channels.
Providing excellent customer service to all clients whether recent or existing




Achieving pre-set KPI’s including, but not limited to, handling time, conversion, revenue, and service.
Using the booking engine and all tools provided to create perfect tailor-made trips
Taking responsibility for your own learning; always seeking out new ways to learn and grow, for your own and the companies benefit.
Be solutions focussed, always finding ways to do things better for our customers, our business, and our colleagues.

Eligibility:
1+ year experience in International Voice Sales (UK/US)
Solid in Inbound Sales, Upselling, Objection Handling & Closing
Excellent English communication skills
Target-driven & revenue-focused mindset
Comfortable with rotational shifts & week-offs
