Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in PCBA Inspection / Quality Control / IQC.
Good knowledge of IPC-A-610 solder joint acceptance criteria.
Solid understanding of SMD and THT soldering processes.
Practical knowledge of SMD/THT soldering and basic rework.
Ability to identify common solder defects, including:
Dry/cold solder joints
Solder bridges
Lifted pads
Insufficient or excess solder
Component misalignment
Polarity/orientation issues
Ability to read and understand PCB drawings, schematics, and BOM.
Knowledge of electronic component identification, value, package, and polarity.
Basic knowledge of multimeter usage for continuity and short testing.
Understanding of ESD requirements and protected PCBA handling practices.
Knowledge of inspection tools such as magnifier/microscope, Vernier Caliper, and Height Gauge.
Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Word.
Good quality documentation and reporting skills.
Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
Qualification
Diploma in ECE / EEE / Electronics
1–2 years of relevant experience in PCBA Inspection / Quality Control / IQC
