Interior Site Engineer (Hospitality Projects)

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality interior fit-out projects (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out and finishing activities at hospitality project sites.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Review, interpret, and execute architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved schedules and quality standards.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications, company standards, and hospitality brand requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects, and oversee snagging and rectification works.
Manage material requirements, deliveries, storage, inventory, and consumption to support uninterrupted site operations.
Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.




Coordinate the installation of joinery, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and other interior fit-out elements.
Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
Support project testing, inspections, handover, and closeout activities.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Interior Site Engineer in hospitality fit-out projects.
Hospitality project experience (Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, Serviced Apartments, Luxury Hospitality Developments) is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, fit-out construction methodologies, and FF&E; installation.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design, and shop drawings.
Valuable understanding of quality control procedures, project documentation, and site safety standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
