Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and offer closures.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Manage multiple positions and meet recruitment targets and TAT.
Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
Support client coordination and business development activities when required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Positive negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn.
Preferred: Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, RPO, or consulting firms. Sales/Business Development exposure will be an added advantage.
