We are Gujarat Based Manufacturer of Sanitary Napkin. Company name is WAYMORE HYGIENE PVT LTD , is hiring an "International Business Development Manager" to grow our Sanitary Napkin export business. The role involves developing new overseas clients, managing inquiries, and coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop international Buyers / distributors and business partners
Handle client inquiries, emails, follow-ups, and negotiations
Share product details, pricing, dossiers, and samples
Coordinate with regulatory, production, QA, and logistics teams
Support product registration and documentation requirements
Maintain client data, reports, and sales records
Participate in international exhibitions and online meetings
Work From Home.
Versatile on SHIFT timing.
High Incentives on Total Monthly Sales.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in International Marketing / Sales .




Positive knowledge of export documentation and international trade.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid customer relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable working in shifts

Experience:
3 Years to 5+ Years in International Sales / Export Sales
Experience in global B2B sales and exports

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Fluent in English.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month plus Incentives on total monthly sales. Job Type: Full-time (Work From Home)
