Candidates should possess Network Security skills to implement and monitor security policies, protect data, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide effective technical support, communicate clearly with users, and document solutions.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field are preferred.
