IT Support Executive – APCO Suzuki

Job Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support for PCs, printers, peripherals, and other office systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and connectivity problems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and network devices.
Provide technical support to employees across branches and ensure minimum downtime.
Monitor and maintain basic network infrastructure and IT equipment.
Handle user support, system setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
Maintain proper records of IT assets, systems,



and recurring technical issues.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in computer networking and troubleshooting.
Positive knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle multiple technical issues independently.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 1–3 years in IT Support / Technical Support / Networking. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
