Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance

PeCox Electric Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in Electrical Control Panel Accessories, including Panel Hardware, Cable Termination, Cable Management & Marking, and Polyamide Low-Voltage Busbar Supports.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
Assist in control panel assembly, wiring, and testing.
Install and maintain electrical components, switches, cables, MCBs, contactors, relays, terminals, etc.
Identify electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
Ensure proper cable routing, termination, and connections.
Use electrical tools and testing equipment safely.
Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards.




Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
Support the production and maintenance team as required.
Maintain basic records of maintenance and electrical work performed.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
Good technical and practical skills.
Basic understanding of electrical safety.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Preferred
Experience in control panel manufacturing, electrical panel wiring, industrial electrical maintenance, or electrical assembly will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive technical knowledge are welcome.
