Min 2 Years – Max 5 Years

Preferably Biotech / Pharma / FMCG
Key Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, MS office, SAP knowledge. Roles and Responsibilities –
Creating PO as per user requirement and specification and getting shipments delivered from authorized vendors.
Creating advance payments requests in SAP and getting it approved
Documents filling after all the approval done
SEZ documentation for capex and raw material procurement.
Open PO follow up.
Responsible for invoice clearance for GRN
Material code creation in SAP (consumable and chemicals)
Arranging shipments in proper storage condition and proper package from registered Vendors.
Arranging COA, MSDS and other documents along with the shipments from vendors
Responsible for arranging proper transportation for particular storage condition.
