About the Role:

Biotecnika is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Associates to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates from a Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences background who are interested in building a career in sales, customer engagement, and business growth.

As a Junior Sales Associate, you will interact with prospective students and specialists, understand their requirements, explain suitable Biotecnika programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Identify and qualify potential leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs and services.
Clearly explain Biotecnika's courses, programs, and offerings.
Follow up with interested customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective customers.
Guide prospective learners through the enrollment process.




Maintain accurate lead and customer information using CRM tools.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Only candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree are eligible.
Candidates currently pursuing their studies are not eligible.
Educational background must be in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields .
Candidates with B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm , or related science qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
