Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Junior Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensure excellent guest service, and coordinate effectively with all departments to maintain smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Security.
Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints and concerns.
Supervise staff, manage daily work allocation, attendance, discipline, and performance.
Coordinate room availability, check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping, and guest requirements.
Manage vendor coordination, purchases, inventory, and operational requirements.
Monitor hotel maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall property upkeep.




Assist in controlling operational costs and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
Handle operational responsibilities in the absence of the Hotel Manager.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, guest-handling, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of hotel operations and team management.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple operational responsibilities.

Pay: ₹10,495.04 - ₹49,395.88 per month
