About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Quality & Food Lead to manage quality standards, food safety, and operational compliance. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of food quality and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality control records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards across operations.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Conduct training for staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
Handle customer or internal complaints related to food quality.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and processing of food products.




Support internal and external quality audits.

Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in Quality, Food Safety, Food Production, or a related field.
Valuable knowledge of food safety and quality control practices.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team-management abilities.
Ability to maintain documentation and quality reports.
Relevant qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field will be preferred.

Compensation ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
