Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support monthly and annual financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Verify and maintain supporting documents for accounting transactions.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
Support senior accountants and the finance team with accounting-related tasks.
Assist during internal and external audits.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates may also apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is an advantage.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
