Provide day-to-day legal advice on business, commercial and operational matters.
Draft, review and negotiate agreements, contracts, MOUs, vendor agreements and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations relevant to the Gems & Jewellery business.
Handle legal documentation relating to purchases, sales, vendors, customers, employees and business partners.
Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to management.
Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Coordinate with external advocates, solicitors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, claims and litigation matters.
Review property/lease-related documents and commercial arrangements.
Maintain proper records of contracts, notices, legal correspondence and cases.
Support management in matters related to GST, Companies/Corporate Law, Labour Law, Consumer Law and other applicable commercial regulations,



in coordination with relevant specialists.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
