Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Liaisoning & Relationship Management

Represent the organization in meetings, discussions, and qualified engagements with external stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the organization and external entities.

Support senior management in developing and maintaining long-term skilled relationships.

Coordinate with relevant authorities, government departments, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders as required.
Documentation & Communication Support

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining professional correspondence and formal documentation related to stakeholder interactions.

Prepare briefing notes, meeting summaries, reports, and follow-up updates for management.

Maintain structured records of communications, meetings, site visits, and liaisoning activities.

Share relevant updates and insights with internal teams following stakeholder discussions and field visits.
Research & Analytical Support

Conduct research on industry developments,



regulatory matters, regional business environments, and potential expansion prospects.

Prepare analytical notes and reports to support management decision-making.

Track relevant developments across operational regions and provide periodic updates to management.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Management teams.

Ensure timely communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Support smooth execution of activities requiring external liaisoning and regulatory coordination.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to external interactions.
Travel & Field Responsibilities The role involves extensive and frequent travel to industrial areas, operational locations, government offices, and potential project sites.

Must be flexible and available to travel at short notice based on business requirements.

Be prepared to spend significant time at sites for coordination, relationship management, and business-related activities.
