Export Market Development
Formulate and execute strategies to expand sales in international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific).
Identify, develop, and manage global distributors, importers, and direct clients.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking for positioning.

International Client Management
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with overseas customers.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and supply agreements.
Ensure excellent customer service to enhance brand credibility.

Export Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all export documentation, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments at optimum costs.
