We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Odoo Sales Consultant to identify business opportunities, understand client requirements, and recommend Odoo ERP solutions that help organizations improve their operations. The ideal candidate will combine solid sales skills with a solid understanding of business processes and ERP solutions to drive new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
Generate and qualify current leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
Demonstrate Odoo ERP modules and explain how they address client needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
~1–8 years of experience in ERP software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B solution selling.
~ Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
~ Solid understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing.
~ Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
~ Experience conducting software demonstrations and client presentations.
