Hiring Maintenance Technician / Engineer . Diploma or BE in mechanical with 4 years plus experience of maintenance department in manufacturing company. Preferred profile - maintenance experience in food processing plant.
Troubleshoot, repair and overhaul of mechanical systems like, pumps, chillers, gearboxes
Provide maintenance on various equipments of Factory.
Perform alignment, adjustment, and calibration of machinery.
Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure compliance with standards.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing necessary repairs.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively.
Completing periodic machine tool preventative maintenance to ensure machine availability and reliable performance
Interfacing daily with production team, replacement part providers, support staff and management to quickly resolve equipment issues.
