We are looking for a responsible and reliable Lift Operator to operate and monitor elevators/lifts safely and efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for assisting residents, employees, visitors, and other occupants while ensuring smooth and protected lift operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the lift/elevator safely as per standard operating procedures.
Assist residents, employees, visitors, and guests with lift usage when required.
Ensure proper operation of the lift during working hours.
Monitor lift movement and report any unusual noise, malfunction, or technical issue immediately.
Coordinate with the maintenance team in case of lift breakdown or emergency.
Ensure the lift area and surroundings are clean and free from obstruction.
Follow all safety rules and emergency procedures.
Assist passengers during lift-related emergencies and inform the concerned supervisor immediately.
Maintain basic records/logs of lift operations, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
Ensure unauthorized or unsafe use of the lift is avoided.
Perform other duties assigned by the Facility Manager/Supervisor.
