Key Responsibilities
End-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding
HR business partnering and stakeholder management
Performance, engagement and employee experience
Employee relations, policies and statutory compliance
HR operations, payroll inputs, benefits and employee data
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience
Experience in a quick-paced consumer/D2C environment preferred
Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws and employee relations
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with autonomy
MBA in HR preferred, not mandatory
Location: In person Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
