Role Objective : To manage procurement and subcontracting of civil structure(MJB, MNB, RUB,ROB,Via-Duct, Sub-Ways, Elevated section etc), Building and earthwork packages, ensuring cost optimization, timely availability of resources, and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements for Railway, Metro & Highway projects.
Key Responsibilities :

a. End to End Procurement & Tendering of Project b. Sub-Contractors/Vendor Management c.Contracting & Documentation d.Coordination with Project Team e.Cost Control & Budget Monitoring f.Compliance & Risk Management
Key Skill Requirements :

Robust understanding of

a. Structural works (RCC Girders, Pier, MJB/MNB/RUB/ROB, PSC, Elevated section, Building works)

b. Earthwork (cut/fill, embankment, soil types, Blasting, Drilling etc)

Expertise in
BOQ and rate analysis
Preparation and Floating RFQs to vendors.
Vendor negotiation and finalisation
Preparation of PCC/NFA/LOI.
Civil structures drawing understanding.
Contract management
Valuable coordination with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Excel (comparison sheets, cost tracking)
Preferred Exposure: EPC project setting- NHAI/MoRTH/Railway/Metro
