Upriden Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative (MR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to Doctor, Retailer, wholesalers and distributors across designated regions. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to building long-term relationships that reflect our core values of trust, honesty, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned Doctor, Retailer, wholesalers and distributors regularly to promote and sell pharmaceutical products
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty
Educate clients on product features, advantages, and usage guidelines
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies




Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned state regions
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with pharmaceutical product compositions and branding is a plus
High level of integrity and professionalism

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
