Description

Responsibilities
Lead elicitation and documentation of data and analytics related business requirements.
Facilitate workshops to define data models, integration needs, reporting needs and governance standards.
Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with IT and business teams for solution design, evaluation, and delivery of Data Management projects
Support UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness for data and reporting solutions.
Drive solid collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on enterprise and cross-domain data governance and management.
Ensure solutions comply with security, quality, and regulatory standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain traceability between requirements and testing.
Ensure traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing.
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.

Skills
Overall Experience:



Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a robust and consistent focus on enterprise Data Management initiatives.
Data Management Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, analytical systems, and established data governance frameworks.
Data Integration & Migration: Proven track record in defining, validating, and implementing data transformation rules to support system integrations and large-scale data migrations.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Robust functional understanding of Regulatory Affairs (RA) processes and in-depth exposure to IDMP standards and their practical implementation.
Regulatory Systems Exposure: Experience working with regulatory information system data models, including platforms such as MDM and Veeva, within a life sciences context.
