BIM MEP Engineer

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit as per project requirements and standards.
Prepare and update MEP layouts, detailed drawings, and construction/shop drawings.
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes.
Coordinate MEP services with Architectural, Structural, and other engineering models.
Review drawings and models to identify design, coordination, and constructability issues.
Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD when required.
Ensure models and drawings are accurate, coordinated, and delivered within project timelines.
Coordinate with project engineers, architects, consultants, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow project BIM standards, modeling guidelines, naming conventions,



and documentation procedures.
Maintain proper model quality and support the team in achieving project deliverables and deadlines.

Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
24 years of relevant experience in BIM/MEP modeling and coordination.
Valuable working knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination workflows.
Ability to read and understand MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
Positive communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver work within project deadlines.
Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, or other BIM tools will be an added advantage.
