Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day communication with buyers and buying agencies.
Coordinate with designers for CADs, product development, revisions, and approvals.
Manage sample development and coordinate with production centres.
Coordinate with sourcing, PPC, vendors, and karigars for various activities and other requirements.
Prepare SPOs, quotations, costing sheets, and product PPTs.
Monitor & coordinate with production, testing, packaging, finishing, and timely dispatch.
Maintain trackers & sheets for smooth execution and effectiveness.
Manage team activities and ensure smooth execution of merchandising work.
Key Skills
Experience in Home Furnishing
Positive Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of product development and sampling
Valuable understanding of fabrics, printing, dyeing, and embroidery
Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines
Team handling skills
