Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the hospital’s marketing, business development, and brand growth across Kannur and Kasaragod, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient footfall, referrals, and hospital visibility in Kannur and Kasaragod.
Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, health camps, outreach programs, and promotional campaigns.
Manage and coordinate social media and digital marketing activities, including Meta and Google Ads.
Coordinate content creation, promotional materials, campaigns, and local brand communication.
Identify current business opportunities and strengthen the hospital’s presence in the region.
Monitor marketing performance, leads, referrals, and campaign ROI.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of the Kannur and Kasaragod healthcare market.
Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in hospital marketing, doctor/clinic networking, health camps, and local outreach programs.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, Meta Ads, and Google Ads will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within Kannur, Kasaragod, and nearby areas.
Strong local network and knowledge of the regional healthcare sector will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
