Role & Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final Quality Inspection of mechanical components.
Read and interpret Engineering Drawings, GD&T; symbols, and technical specifications.
Operations & Maintenance support using AutoCAD, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and height gauges.
Maintain QA/QC Documentation (PDIR, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis) and ensure ISO Standards, 5S, and Kaizen compliance.
Coordinate line production and quality assurance to minimize defect rates and downtime.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
Experience: 0 to 4 Years in Mechanical Quality Control, QA/QC Inspection, or Production Planning.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Quality Control instruments, GD&T;, Machining, and Mechanical Maintenance.
