nAbout the Role -
n

nWe are looking for an aggressive, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment and staffing business.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, recruitment/staffing sales, client acquisition, and corporate relationship management, with a proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close recruitment mandates.

nKey Responsibilities -
n

Identify and acquire recent corporate clients across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and other sectors.n
Generate business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking, and market research.n
Develop and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.n
Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CHROs, Business Heads,



and Procurement/Vendor Management teams.n
Understand client hiring requirements and convert them into recruitment mandates.n
Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.n
Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure successful closure of mandates.n
Monitor client satisfaction, hiring volumes, TAT and overall account performance.n
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline reports and revenue projections for management.n
Track competitors, market trends, hiring demand and potential target accounts.n
Develop strategic accounts and grow them from single-mandate clients into high-volume accounts.n

Solid understanding of the Recruitment & Staffing industry.n
Proven experience in B2B / Corporate Sales.n
Excellent cold-calling, lead-generation and business-conversion skills.n
