- Practical knowledge and experience in leading teams for the execution and delivery of interior design and fit-out projects.
- Experience in executing interior fit-outs for F&B; retail, QSR, restaurants, retail, commercial, office, or residential projects.
- Thorough knowledge of civil and interior works, including brick/block work, plastering, concreting, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, marble work, wall panelling and finishing, false ceilings, and woodwork.
- Working knowledge and capability to manage MEP packages associated with interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in handling the rollout and expansion of QSR brands across multiple regions.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects within a territory/region and leading a team of 56 or more members.
- Ability to lead design coordination and consultant meetings for the finalization of designs, drawings, estimates, and budgets.
- Ability to read and understand plans and drawings and finalize project budgets and Capex.
- Experience in estimation, tendering, contractor alignment, and project execution as per approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Ensure quality checks and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with Business Development, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders.




- Track day-to-day site progress and coordinate with internal support functions.
- Plan and prepare work schedules and ensure the timely handover of multiple projects within the approved budget.
- Prepare daily progress reports and conduct regular reviews with internal teams, contractors, and support functions.
- Represent the region in weekly project review meetings with senior leadership and provide timely updates on project progress, challenges, and risks.

Job Requirements

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently handle a QSR brand or multiple brands while reporting to the Projects Head.
- Proven experience in executing and delivering interior design and fit-out projects, preferably in QSR, restaurants, or retail.
- Experience coordinating with MEP, Design, Purchase, Business Development, and Operations teams.
- Strong understanding of the design process and the ability to comprehend brand and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Ability to lead and develop team members.
