About the Role

Legal, Investigation & Security will be responsible for managing legal matters, internal investigations, fraud/incident cases and security-related activities across the organization. The role will support risk mitigation, asset protection, compliance and coordination with external authorities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and coordinate legal matters, notices, disputes and related documentation. •

Conduct or coordinate investigations related to fraud, theft, misconduct, cash/asset loss and operational irregularities.

- Prepare investigation findings, incident reports and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with police, legal authorities, advocates and other external agencies whenever required.
- Manage security operations and ensure effective protection of company assets, people, cash and premises.
- Monitor security agencies/vendors and ensure adherence to defined security processes and SOPs.
- Support incident management, risk assessment and preventive security measures across locations.




- Handle internal complaints and investigation matters with confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Maintain investigation/legal records and ensure timely closure and follow-up of cases.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance and other functions on legal, investigation and security matters

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Legal, Corporate Investigation, Security, Fraud Investigation, Loss Prevention or Risk & Security functions.
- Candidates from cash management, banking, financial services, ATM/cash logistics, corporate security or similar industries will be preferred.
- Robust investigation, report-writing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with police/legal authorities and manage sensitive cases professionally.
- Experience in managing security vendors/agencies and field-level security operations will be an advantage.
