Job Summary

The candidate has to be able to easily visualize a digital experience & aesthetic and provide clear creative direction that team members can execute on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

Will lead graphic design, branding, video editing, animation, and creative communication projects across digital and marketing platforms. Strong creativity, leadership, design software, and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

- Manage and deliver graphic design projects through all phases of development: creative consultation, storyboarding, and providing concepts based on requirements.

- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of material such as web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, and newsletters.

- Carry design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards.

- Oversee the creative process from the concept to communicating ideas through graphics to consumers.

- Take strategic steps to develop unique designs that convey an effective message and meet the business requirements.

- Ensure that the designs accurately reflect the desired message and successfully express information.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Be able to produce large volumes of work and be responsible for/effective through teamwork and communication.

- Work closely with a wide range of media and graphic design software to develop creative artwork, social media ads, presentation templates, concepts, graphics, and layouts.

- Construct, develop, protect, and influence the brand through consistency in maintaining the benchmark of the brand.

- Create 2D and 3D images, 2D/3D videos, motion graphics, kinetic animations, and 3D models as per the business requirements.





- Work across multiple communication channels such as design and marketing, digital marketing, e commerce management, copywriters, etc., and publish the design successfully.

- Ensure coding standards are met, optimize the web architecture for navigability and accessibility, and ensure the website and databases are backed up.

- Maintain the business brand identity and guidelines across all collaterals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in fine arts or graphic design certifications with an experience of three to five years preferred.

- The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes.

- The ideal candidate must be competent and able to design graphics for many different kinds of operational activities.

- The candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

Skills

- This position requires proficient experience in multiple software packages such as JavaScript, Microsoft Office, HTML, XHTML, the Adobe tool suite, CSS, AJAX, and designing software like Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D software, Adobe, etc., which is an added advantage.

- Should have analytical skills to look at the team's work from the point of view of the consumers and examine the graphics effectively.

- Should possess artistic ability in order to manage and create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to the consumers.

- Effective communication with teams and designers to serve the purpose of the task.

- Should be familiar with updated graphic design software and have an understanding of 3D, web designing, and video editing software in order to deliver maximum business results.

- Effective time management skills to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
