Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior GCP DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer with 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Terraform and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and automated cloud environments.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Expertise in GCP services:
- Cloud Run
- Cloud Spanner
- Pub/Sub
- VPC
- IAM
- Secret Manager

- Hands-on experience with Cloud Build CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM policies, and governance.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure and deployments.

Secondary Skills
- Python scripting for infrastructure automation and operational tooling.
- Experience provisioning and managing:
- Dataflow
- Google Cloud Storage (GCS)

- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and cloud operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform.




- Develop reusable Terraform modules and enforce IaC best practices.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build.
- Manage GCP networking, IAM, Secret Manager, and security controls.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and cloud operations using Python.
- Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams for cloud-native deployments.
- Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cost management.
- Drive cloud governance, security compliance, and operational excellence.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture and design discussions.

Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in GCP infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- Expertise in Terraform-based infrastructure automation.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

Nice to Have
- GCP Certifications (Qualified Cloud Architect / DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SRE practices and observability tools.
- Experience with cloud migration and modernization programs.

Must Have: Terraform, GCP (Cloud Run, Spanner, Pub/Sub, VPC, IAM, Secret Manager), Cloud Build CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation Good to Have: Python, Dataflow, GCS, Cloud Security, GCP Certifications, Kubernetes, Docker.
