1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

2. Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process documentation

3. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, handle ledger reviews, and prepare financial statements

4. Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

5. Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with accounting standards.

6. Prepare management information system (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and budget forecasts

7. Strong grasp of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), costing methods, and internal controls

8. Software Proficiency: knowledge in SAP and Office Tools.

9. Oversee Accounts Payable and receivable, invoice booking, payments, and payroll

10. Monitor costing, track production variances, and assist with periodic physical inventory counts and valuation.

11. Ensure accurate calculation, review and timely filing of GST, TDS, and advance tax commitments

12. Coordinate internal, statutory, Tax, GST and bank audits, ensuring closure of audit remarks

Liaise with authorities such as GST, TDS, Income Tax and Customs for compliance.

14. Support management in financial decision-making

15. Manage working capital facilities, Term Loan, letters of credit (LC), bank guarantees (BG), and daily fund management

16. Prepare CMA data, project appraisal reports, and documents required by financial institutions

17. Ensure timely submission of stock statements, debtors statements, and regular banking compliance reports.

18. Reporting with Group Companies, reconciliations, RPT transactions and liaising.

19. Coordinate with Company Secretaries for board meetings, AGM documentation, updating statutory registers and timely filing of RoC returns.
