We are hiring a Manager Electrical & Renewable Energy Projects

Responsible for end to end management of Electrical, Renewable Energy and Plant Infrastructure Projects, including project planning, design, procurement, execution, commissioning and handover. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within approved budget and to required quality standards, while coordinating with statutory authorities and internal/external stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 15–18 years in electrical projects, plant engineering, maintenance, Renewable energy and projects execution.
- Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / food / dairy industries preferred.
- Proven experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, plant expansion and capacity enhancement.
- Solid exposure to project planning, budgeting, procurement, vendor management and commissioning.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept design procurement execution commissioning handover.
- Strong HT/LT, Renewable energy - Solar hands on experience and Wind working & load factor knowledge and plant electrical system knowledge.
- Good leadership, communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
