- New store openings - manage end-to-end execution.

- Landlord & broker relations - build and maintain robust partnerships.

- Commercial viability - ensure cost optimization in all deals.

- Pipeline management - maintain future expansion opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum graduate with strong negotiation and commercial acumen.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability.

- Retail industry experience is mandatory - candidates with hands-on exposure to FOFO and FOCO models in franchise business development and retail expansion will be preferred.
