Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated skilled to join our Merchant Banking team in Mumbai, with a primary focus on BMC Municipal Bond Issue-related activities and other Merchant Banking assignments.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of municipal bond issues, debt capital market transactions, regulatory documentation, coordination with various stakeholders, and other Merchant Banking activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution and coordination of the BMC Municipal Bond Issue and other municipal/debt bond transactions.
- Support the Merchant Banking team in end-to-end transaction execution, including documentation, due diligence, regulatory compliances, and issue-related activities.
- Coordinate with BMC/municipal authorities, Debenture Trustees, legal advisors, credit rating agencies, stock exchanges, regulators, investors, and other intermediaries.
- Prepare and review transaction-related documents, reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in preparation and review of Information Memorandum, offer documents,



term sheets, due diligence reports, and other transaction documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transaction milestones.
- Track regulatory and compliance requirements related to bond issues and Merchant Banking activities.
- Support post-issue activities, including listing, reporting, documentation, and coordination with relevant agencies.
- Assist the team in other Merchant Banking / Debt Capital Markets assignments, including debt issuances, private placements, and structured debt transactions.
- Maintain transaction records and ensure proper documentation and follow-up until closure.
