Role & responsibilities

- Lead the management, support, and lifecycle governance of enterprise applications and mobile platforms across the organization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable application and mobility solutions.
- Oversee application performance, availability, security, and compliance with internal IT and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, including service providers and technology partners, to ensure delivery against SLAs and cost targets.
- Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including modernization, automation, and adoption of best practices in application and mobile management.
- Ensure effective incident, problem,



and change management processes are followed to minimize business disruption.
- Collaborate with global IT, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of relevant IT experience, including enterprise applications and/or mobile technology environments.

- Prior experience leading or managing teams and/or external vendors.

- Robust understanding of application lifecycle management, IT service management, and operational support models.

- Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders in a global organization.

- Solid problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
