- Should be adept in verification of the invoices
- Vendor Payment reconciliation and Dues clearance
- Address the disputes related to payments
- Vendor payments and reconciliation
- Ensure the payments are done timely and accurately
- Updating Tally as per the payment status
- Cross check reimbursements to close the payments
Required Candidate Profile
- Should have excellent hands-on knowledge of Tally and Advance Excel
- Good Experience in Funds Allocation
- Should have deep accounting knowledge
- Vendor payments and internal reimbursements via company bank accounts
- Knowledge of all kind of online payments
- Should be valuable with Email writing
Good To have
- Hands on E-MIST or equivalent TMS
- Road transport companies experience would be an added advantage
