Role Description The Management Trainee – Sales will support Saruh’s growth by learning and executing core sales and customer engagement activities in an on-site role based in Thane. This full-time position involves prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting Saruh’s platform to potential clients, and assisting in closing sales under the guidance of senior team members. The trainee will collaborate with restaurant owners and operators to understand their business needs, demonstrate product features, and help onboard new customers.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records,



following up on inquiries, participating in training sessions, and contributing to sales strategies and performance reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with restaurant clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn quickly, apply feedback, and support product demonstrations and onboarding.
- Relevant skills such as basic proficiency with CRM tools, comfort with technology and data-driven solutions, and good organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, along with an interest in the restaurant or SaaS technology sector.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate in a team environment, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
