Role: Management Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Management Executive to oversee day-to-day operations across businesses and group operations across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily business and operational activities.
- Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and business analyses for senior leadership.
- Support data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
- Coordinate teams, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder/client communication.
- Monitor performance metrics and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Ensure processes maintain the organization's standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills




- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, project management, team coordination, or service delivery.
- Knowledge of IT Services and Consulting practices.
- Exposure to ITIL/ITSM frameworks is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
- Project Management or IT Service Management certifications will be an added advantage.
