Role Description The Management Mentor – NET / SET Qualified or Ph.D will support learners preparing for management and related competitive examinations, while guiding them toward strong academic and career outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on designing and delivering engaging sessions on management concepts, research methods, and exam-specific strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom teaching, creating structured learning content, evaluating student performance, and offering personalized mentoring and doubt-clearing support.

The mentor will collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, contribute to workshops or bootcamps, and integrate feedback to improve learner outcomes.



The role also involves staying updated with examination patterns, industry trends, and best practices in pedagogy to ensure relevant and high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

- Advanced academic credentials in Management or related fields, such as NET / SET qualification or a Ph.D, with strong conceptual understanding and research orientation.
- Demonstrated teaching, mentoring, or coaching skills, including classroom facilitation, learner engagement, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse student groups.
- Curriculum and content development capabilities, including designing lesson plans, creating practice materials, and aligning content with examination and placement requirements.
- Assessment and feedback skills, such as evaluating student performance, providing constructive guidance, and tracking progress to improve learner outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with academic teams, interact effectively with students, and maintain a supportive learning environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms for content delivery, student tracking, and communication; experience with educational technology is an advantage.

- Prior experience in management education, test preparation, or skill development programs is highly beneficial, especially in placement-focused or competitive exam contexts.
- Commitment to learner success, openness to continuous improvement, and the ability to work full-time on-site in Chennai.
